GENERAL

CAM Tools is a unique set of CAD commands that will save you a lot of time on preparing geometry to be machined. CAM Tools provides commands for anything from analyzing to optimize geometry.

Boundary Polygon
A powerful CAD command that extracts enclosed areas and creates  a closed polygon automatically.

Cleanup
The Cleanup command is very useful for repairing geometry with overlapping or gaps between endponts. Cleanup repairs and creates new geometry within  a specified tolerance.

Curvefit
Converts a polyline consisting of small line segments to an optimal polyline consisting of lines and arcs within a specified tolerance. This command is very useful to apply before any toolpath is calculated  since it will reduce excessive G1 movements.

Contour Error Analyzer
Is used to analyze geometry to find problems. Will detect intersections and gaps in the geometry automatically and save you a lot of time.

Object Replace
Object replace is used to replace "bad geometry" with a predefined object such as a circle. Applys very well on scanned drawings, images.

Edge Fix
Edge fix is used to partially replace "bad geometry" on a polygon. Small segments is converted into arcs.
